  By accessing our website, requesting an appointment, purchasing products, or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service to the extent permitted by applicable law.

   

  Please review these terms before scheduling an appointment or submitting payment.

   

  WTGX reserves the right to modify these terms as necessary. Updated terms will be published on our website.

   

  2. Services Offered

   

  WTGX provides automotive, residential, and commercial window tinting, along with selected vehicle customization services.

   

  Services may include:

   

  - Automotive carbon and ceramic window tinting

  - Residential and commercial window film installation

  - Vinyl wraps and custom graphics

  - Vehicle lighting accessories

  - Window film removal and replacement

  - Other automotive customization services

   

  Service availability, pricing, and installation requirements may vary depending on the vehicle, project, and materials.

   

  3. Appointment Scheduling

   

  WTGX operates by appointment only.

   

  Automotive appointments are drop-off only. No customer waiting area is provided.

   

  Customers may request appointments through our website or approved communication channels.

   

  Appointment requests are subject to availability and are not considered confirmed until approved by WTGX and any required deposit has been received.

   

  Most automotive tint installations require approximately three hours. Actual completion times may vary.

   

  Customers are responsible for arriving at the confirmed appointment time and arranging transportation when necessary.

   

  4. Appointment Deposits

   

  A standard $30 deposit is required to secure an automotive tint appointment unless otherwise specified.

   

  The deposit is applied toward the total service price.

   

  Deposits may be accepted through approved payment methods, including Cash App and Zelle.

   

  Customers should submit payment only through payment instructions provided or verified by WTGX.

   

  An appointment is not guaranteed until the deposit has been verified and the appointment confirmed.

   

  5. Rescheduling, Cancellations, and No-Shows

   

  The following policies apply to standard appointments unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion or written agreement.

   

  Rescheduling

   

  Customers are permitted one appointment reschedule using their existing deposit, subject to availability.

   

  Additional rescheduling requests may require a new appointment and deposit.

   

  Cancellations

   

  Customers who cancel their appointment are eligible for a refund of their deposit.

   

  No-Shows

   

  Customers who fail to appear for a confirmed appointment without notifying WTGX are eligible for a refund of 50% of their deposit.

   

  For a standard $30 deposit, the no-show refund is $15.

   

  Refunds will be arranged through an appropriate payment method and processed within a reasonable period.

   

  These policies are subject to applicable consumer protection laws.

   

  6. Pricing and Estimates

   

  Prices displayed on our website, promotional materials, and interactive tint simulators are intended to provide customers with general service estimates.

   

  Final pricing may depend on:

  7. Window Tint Simulators

  Actual appearance may vary due to lighting conditions, factory glass coloration, film characteristics, viewing angles, and vehicle design.

   

  Simulator previews do not guarantee an exact visual match to completed installations.

   

  8. Vehicle Condition and Customer Responsibilities

   

  Customers are responsible for informing WTGX of known issues that may affect installation, including:

   

  - Damaged or previously repaired glass

  - Defective window regulators

  - Existing aftermarket film

  - Damaged rear defroster lines

  - Loose interior trim or deteriorated seals

  - Previous glass or body repairs

   

  Customers should remove valuable or fragile personal belongings before leaving their vehicle.

   

  WTGX will exercise reasonable care during installation.

   

  WTGX is responsible for damage caused by its negligence or other conduct for which liability cannot legally be excluded, but is not responsible for unrelated pre-existing damage.

   

  9. Window Film Installation and Curing

   

  Window film requires time to cure and adhere properly.

   

  During the curing period, customers may notice temporary moisture pockets, haze, or minor visual distortions.

   

  These conditions often diminish as the film dries.

   

  Customers should follow the aftercare instructions provided by WTGX, including restrictions on lowering windows, cleaning, and handling newly installed film.

   

  Failure to follow reasonable aftercare instructions may affect warranty coverage where the failure causes the reported damage.

   

  10. Installation Warranties

   

  Warranty coverage depends on the film type, service package, and promotional offer purchased.

   

  Ceramic Window Tint

   

  Qualifying ceramic tint installations include a lifetime ownership warranty against covered film or installation defects, subject to the written warranty conditions.

   

  Certain qualifying ceramic packages may also include one complimentary replacement of tint film on a shattered side window during the original customer's ownership, subject to eligibility and verification.

   

  This benefit covers qualifying film replacement only, not replacement glass or unrelated repairs.

   

  Carbon Window Tint

   

  Carbon film warranty coverage varies according to the selected package and applicable written warranty.

   

  Carbon Overstock Special

   

  Qualifying Carbon Overstock Special installations include a 30-day installer warranty.

   

  General Warranty Conditions

   

  Warranty coverage may exclude damage caused by misuse, accidents, improper cleaning, unauthorized film removal, or unrelated glass damage.

   

  Warranty claims may require proof of purchase and an inspection.

   

  Warranty coverage does not limit rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable California law.

   

  11. Window Tint Laws and Compliance

   

  California regulates the use of aftermarket automotive window tint.

   

  Customers are responsible for understanding the legal restrictions applicable to their vehicles and the jurisdictions where they operate them.

   

  WTGX may decline an installation that would violate applicable law.

   

  No website preview, customer request, or promotional advertisement constitutes a representation that a particular tint configuration is legal for public-road use.

   

  Nothing in these terms authorizes WTGX to perform an installation prohibited by law.

   

  12. Vehicle Pickup and Payment

   

  Customers are expected to retrieve their vehicles within the agreed pickup arrangements after notification that service is complete.

   

  Remaining balances are due upon completion of services unless another arrangement has been approved.

   

  WTGX will provide information regarding the final balance before payment.

   

  Any storage charges or additional fees must be disclosed and agreed upon where required by law.

   

  13. Promotional Offers

   

  WTGX may offer limited-time promotions, discounted installation packages, seasonal specials, and simulator-exclusive pricing.

   

  Promotions may be restricted by vehicle type, film availability, appointment dates, or other disclosed eligibility conditions.

   

  Offers cannot be combined unless expressly permitted.

   

  WTGX may discontinue or modify future promotional offers without affecting previously confirmed purchases or applicable consumer rights.

   

  14. Website Use and Intellectual Property

   

  Website content, including WTGX branding, graphics, original designs, written materials, and proprietary interactive tools, is owned by WTGX or used with appropriate authorization.
